On the serious side:
Remember all the rules and warnings you have ever learned in life and DO NOT give out private information to strangers on FL. DO NOT meet strangers in private places where you may not be able to protect yourself. Strangers = people you do not personally know well. This includes people you have been chatting with on-line too, even for a long time! If someone wants to meet you face-to-face, ask for three (3) references within the local community. If the person you are chatting with refuses, or says they are not part of local community etc., be EXTREMELY CAREFUL! They may have been banned from the community, or have so little regard for others that they know they would not be welcome. DO NOT meet anyone who you do not know well accept in a public place like a restaurant, book store, coffee shop, etc. Even if you meet them somewhere public, have a safe call in place: Someone you trust to call at a pre-arranged times and say either “all good” or “come and get me now”. If the later, make sure they WILL come and get you, seriously! Do not play with strangers, do not give private information to strangers, do not leave a public area with a stranger – no matter how much you want to play, or please, or whatever. This is your life we are talking about, possibly literally, DO NOT risk your life with strangers!
