The principle group for the Missoula Montana BDSM scene. We will be posting announcements every week/month as events occur.
Our regular meetups are:
Monday Coffee every Monday at Liquid Planet (223 N Higgins Ave), at the tables in the far left back, from 6/7pm-9pm.
Wednesday Coffee at Liquid Planet (223 N Higgins Ave), at the tables in the far left back, every Wednesday night from 6:30pm/7pm to 9:30/10pm.
As always our munch is the first Saturday of the month. Come join us for food and kinky conversation. Our old munch location has closed, the new location seems stable. Consult the Event Page for the location of the munch. It will also be posted to the group list.
All sincerely interested adults are welcome; we are accepting of all orientations, genders, and preferences, as long as you are equally accepting of us. 18 and over only, please. Leave your fetish wear at home. Collars are OK, do skip the leash though.
Turnout has been excellent lately, with most munches these days exceeding 40 people. We always have lots of fun. Why not join us?
There is a party at a private location in the evening following the munch. Admission is by invitation only. In order to obtain an invitation you must get to know the people who host the party, and the only way to do that is to attend our local munches and the Monday or Wednesday coffees.
For someone to come to the party, they must have attended two events previously and one event must be a munch. An event is defined as the munch, Monday or Wednesday coffee or another private event you were invited to. Regardless however you must attend a munch.
If you cannot attend a munch or are from out of town then you must have someone vouch for you. The only people that can vouch for someone are Sword and Rose Members of good standing, that have been members of the group for at least 6 MONTHS or more. And as a reminder, when you vouch for someone you are responsible for their actions at a party. And as always the Board has final veto rights.
The rules are simple.
- Treat others with respect. Just because you may not agree with them doesn’t mean they are wrong. Please don’t argue with others on the group, take those discussions to mail.
- Don’t spam our group.
- Keep personals postings in the personals sticky thread.
- Do not start or encourage drama. We are adults, let’s treat each other as such.
- The rules for the parties can be found in the group under rules/etiquette. They can also be found on the Swords and Roses yahoo page.
- We will NOT tolerate any fetlife TOS violations, period. They will be dealt with quickly and harshly. There is zero tolerance for this… please take the time to read the TOS.
