Motor City Bears Fetish & BDSM Club

Established in 1994. We are a Gay Male Social and Fund Raising Activity Group for Bears and admirers, We are based in the Metro Detroit area, yet our memberships reach far beyond the local area. Our club motto is: “Fun, Fur and Friends”. We meet several times a month for various activities. Many times over 100 events per year. We are also active fund raisers for GLBT related charities in our local community.

​​Some of our activities include: dinners out, movie nights, bowling, dinner parties, bar nights, sporting events, Detroit Zoo, the Auto Show, game nights, Halloween and Christmas parties. In the summer, we do picnics, camping, canoeing and other outdoor activities too.

Membership

Membership is only $20 a year and is open to all that consider themselves men* and are attracted to men.
(21 years of age or older)
* includes biological males as well as male presenting individuals.​

Want to be a Motor City Bears member?  Just follow these 3 steps to become a member:  (You may have done some of these already)​

1. Fill out a NEW MEMBER APPLICATION.

2. Pay the annual $20 membership fee (See PAYMENT OPTIONS below)

3. Sign up for our MEETUP SITE.  This is our main communication tool with our members. Look for the “request to join” button to start the process.

You can pay the annual $20 membership fee via one of the methods below:

MEETUP SITE:

Our Meetup group is included in your membership and is our main communication tool with our members.   Members receive details on events, photos, club information and much much more.   You can use Meetup with a computer browser and/or the Meetup mobile apps for both Android and Apple devices.

MEMBERSHIP FUNDS: 

Your $20 membership fee helps us with expenses for supplies, prizes, food at some events and other costs. It also helps out with our various donations to local charities. We are non-profit so all the money works for you. Of course, you also gain access to everything that our Meetup site has to offer including club announcements, event information,  photos plus you can chat with the Bears and voice your opinions!

MEMBERSHIP LIST: 

Our member list is not shared with anyone outside of the membership group. Even then the information shared between members is limited and you have the option to opt out of the roster list as well.
