The Knights of Leather usually have events on the third Saturday of the month. If you don’t see a public event posted, we’re likely having a party! Our parties are semi-private affairs. Only Full Knights, Associates, and their guests are able to attend. Want to get invited to one of our more private functions? Get to know us! The Knights of Leather was founded in 1984 as an all-women’s BDSM club. It quickly became a driving force in the Minnesota Leather Community, organizing many fundraisers to combat AIDS, coaching local candidates for Leather titles (at least two of whom achieved national titles), and hosting Tournament, its annual BDSM weekend. However, as the club matured over the next 15 years, membership declined. Eventually just two members remained. But in 2000 the Knights decided to reorganize to include men and transgender individuals, and the club has been flourishing and growing ever since.
